I TRIED TO RECONCILE 2 FACE & BLACKFACE TWICE WHILE IN NIGERIA..MC CONFESS

International music sensation mc confess has finally spoken on the 2face vs blackface face-off which has been lingering for many years now, mc confess who is presently based in United State bare his mind on effort to see that this beef finally come to an end. mc confess said to him, he feel there is more to it, he said he is a very close friend to Blackface and 2 face from the days of Plantation Boys and Blackface became more close to him due to his ordeal with 2face. and he can say categorically that Blackface is a very good song writer even when Tony Tetuilla was booted out of the Remedies, it was blackface that wrote most of the song for him and many others, this is what he has to say.

"Blackface is very close to me , I can say we are family friends because his kids and my kids are always around each other and we stay very close to each other since he left festac town. though i got to know 2face first but blackface became my favorite. when Plantation Boys was dissolved Blackface came to me one day and was bitter how 2face recorded his song (African Queen) and i had to talk to him to let go and work on other song he has, he agreed but later he came back that he wants to fight through legal means on the stolen song, i advice him not to that we can settle it amicably, but i think Blackface always act based on what he hears from other people, and i know Blackface very well he wouldn't act without letting me know because of our closeness. when I saw the pressure he was giving me on the issue, i advice we book a meeting with 2 face and his manager, Efe, on the issue, which we did, We had a meeting at GRA, Ikeja on this issue and Blackface requested for compensation on the song, 2face never argued with Blackface on the ownership of the song and to be honest they spoke in there local language to settle the score which i don't understand. but before we left 2face specifically told me that the matter will be settled, and i plead for 2face understanding for the need to compensate Blackface, before we left that day i advice 2face not to records any song of blackface again without his consent and we had a group photograph as a sign that the matter is settled, but while i was driving home with Blackface he told me he doesn't trust 2 face with all what he was saying and i begged him to give him benefit of the doubt. 

After this first meeting with 2face there is no day Blackface will not blame me for advising him to take it easy, until early last year Blackface came to my house early in the morning to show and play me another song he wrote (Let Somebody Love You) that recorded on 2face album. he Blackface was very angry and he told me he was not giving credit, but when we look very well we discover a credit was giving to Austin Ahmedu instead of Augustine Ahmedu Blackface real name. and it was stated that song was co written by Bridget kelly and Efe, this did not go down well with Blackface as he stated he never co wrote the song with anyone and he was never informed that 2 face will be recording the song. as such he said he want to act and take 2face to court, this did not go well with me gain as a yoruba man, we believe we cant go to court and still be friends, so i requested we see 2face again and ask why he did that again, when the African Queen matter has not been fully resolved, i arranged for another meeting with 2face and his manager, Efe. but on the day of the meeting 2face sent a message postponing the meeting because of his tight schedule, Blackface became more furious and he told me i don't know 2face more than him that he has a reason for naming him 2face because of his crafty nature, i pleaded that we reschedule another day which we did. On the day of the 2nd meeting when Blackface accuse 2face, he said i thought i told you and they both got talking, me and Efe have to excuse them to settle themselves and later Blackface called me in the they have discussed and we now had a group discussion, 2 face promise to make up for it and we discus other issues and drank together believing it is settled. After waiting for a while and 2face was not forth coming Blackface decided to engage the service of a lawyer to sue  2face, by then i was tired of dragging myself into the matter and Blackface came to me to show me the acknowledge reply from 2face legal person that the matter is going to court. i decided to be neutral because they are both my friend and i wish them well. my observation to this matter is that maybe they need someone like dangote to settle it..lol..and lately Blackface called me from Nigeria that he want to discus something about 2face with me but because am tired of there matter i was not really interested in it. this two guys Blackface and 2 face are like brothers, they are not just friends when you see them they speak there language, so let people stop abusing Blackface for trying to fight for his right. I am a music artist too and i must tell you Blackface may not have the kind of luck 2face has but he is a wonderful song writer and lyrics master, i respect him for this "

mc confess presently featured in an interview on CBS 46 Atlanta in U.S and he working a a new single, my prayer now is for Blackface to join me here in U.S soon and do music as a business, he however enjoined fans of both artist to prayed for peace between them.
